Cyberware decides how a build feels. Netrunners care about OS and RAM, melee builds care about mobility and survival, and gun builds care about recoil, crit, armor, and time-slowing tools. Do not chase numbers that do not support your loop.

- When capacity is tight, protect core OS and survival cyberware first.
- Upgrade the iconic weapons you actually use.
- Every build change should check cyberware, not only perks.
